Depression is not just limited to grown ups. Even children suffer from mild to severe forms of depression. It is not necessary that the child show all these symptoms of depression. All these symptoms vary as per the age groups, but even one symptom of the above listed symptoms can be dangerous and require your complete attention. Depression is more common in boys than girls under the age of 10 years. But as soon as girls turn 16, child depression becomes more apparent in girls than boys.
